Large Family Box of Herdwick Hogget Meat (Between 7.5kg-9.5kg)
Each box will contain a mixture of cuts - Shoulder on the Bone (between 3-3.5kg), Leg Joint (between 2-3kg) Rack (approx 0.60kg), Chops (between 0.60-0.70kg), Rolled Flank (between 0.70-0.80kg) and Shanks (approx 0.80kg)

Our Herdwick sheep are home bred and reared on  a grass/hay only diet. Being a native breed they are slower to mature so best enjoyed as Hogget (when a sheep is between 1-2years old) rather than lamb. The slow growing nature of the breed, along with the natural diet gives a premium tender meat which is full of flavour.
 
Limited amount of boxes available and this will be our only batch this year, so once they are gone they are gone! All meat is frozen and available for collectiojn from here, or alternatively we can deliver to Huntly, Keith, Mosstodloch, Fochabers and Garmouth at no additional charge
